Reliable Life reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. The most recent version of these Terms of Use
will be posted on this Site at all times. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any such
amendments. If you do not agree with the amended Terms of Use, your sole remedy is to discontinue your use of this Site.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between Reliable Life and you relating to your use of this Site.
Severability
In the event that any provision hereof, or any part of any such provision, is deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction
to be invalid or unenforceable, such a finding shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder hereof,
which shall remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver
Reliable Life's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision hereunder shall not constitute a waiver of such
right or provision unless such waiver is expressed by Reliable Life in writing.
Governing Law
Subject to paragraph 2(a) hereof, these Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the
federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
